Possibly the worst banking mobile app in Kuwait, after 8 call center phone calls, and 7 days of trying to access the mobile banking with no luck.
Promoting CBK’s “be aware” campaign includes full account access and transparency through various platforms including mobile banking which KIB fails to comply with.

The app is so lacking with many basic features other banks have been providing. And the online portal is even worse this is a bank?! Get better tech i wouldn’t even start with costumer service
