Bizzabo itself is great - it has all the content you need and is very clean/easy to use with a couple nice bonus features.

However, as mentioned, it’s really up to the individual organizer to program in all the content and less of the actual company’s (this app) fault.

I’ve attended an event where Bizzabo had amazing content (Social Media Marketing World) and one (won’t mention the name) where some of the times for sessions were wrong etc.

Login flow is easy (as long as you remember the email you used to register!) and I got a TON of good networking done on the community tab. LOVE the integration with LinkedIn where I could see who I have mutual connections with.

I even clicked on some of the splash offers because they were really good!

Overall great event app and it would be amazing if this could be a new standard as some of the other ones are so confusing to use.

As an event manager I’ve been organizing and attending events for 15 years. I recently attended an event in NYC and their app was beautiful and allowed me to customize my experience and make meaningful connections via their networking features. I saw it was this app’s app and I have reached out to them to partner on my company’s events moving forward. They have a complete and holistic platform in addition to Bizzabo!! Wow. this app where have you been in my life??!

The registration process requires you to click a link in a verification email. The email doesn't come, so you click on the "didn't get the email" link. A window opens saying that you need to click the link in the SAME EMAIL THAT YOU JUST SAID YOU DIDN'T GET. You click the "still having problems" link. It opens an email message. You type a description of your problem, click send, and receive notification that the server rejected the email.

This is the sort of registration process that Franz Kafka would have designed.

Bizzabo doesn’t work.
The registration process is very cumbersome and once you get through this you realize the Bizzabo is really only build for small screen phone (looks horrible on an iPad) and in addition to that the video broadcast doesn’t work at all.
I normally don’t comment on apps, but this is soooooooo bad I had to and if there was a 0 star rating I would have used that. I am also deleting Bizzabo since it’s not worth the memory it occupies.

Like another reviewer said, I entered my email and then was sent an email to verify my identity. Every time I hit the “confirm email” button it took me back to the same spot in Bizzabo to verify my email. No access, just a series of emails that never worked. Groundhog Day.
Even the tech support feature didn’t work. I tried to submit my problem but it wouldn’t take my email to receive a reply.
That many bugs means I will never use Bizzabo again!

I used the this app app at a conference in NYC. At first, I was a little concerned with a third party app but the login flow was soo easy and quick.

Would recommend for anyone running a conference! I’m running marketing events this fall and I’m going to check them out.

At least I didn’t end up in the infinite login loop others had reported. But, there’s no iPad version, so Bizzabo stays stuck in portrait orientation.

Bizzabo stays stuck in portrait orientation on an iPhone, too. And, Bizzabo consistently crashed when I tried to use it while offline (airplane mode). Did you folks (developers) simply not bother to test this?

Why is there no way to generate a usable hard copy from your app or Web site? Print to PDF results in something the rough equivalent of hash, with badly overlapped printing and no speaker names (just the text of the link behind the speaker’s picture and name).

Disappointing.

The this app app is the most effective conferences and events mobile app that I’ve used. It’s slick, responsive, and very helpful. Their community feature that allows conference attendees to communicate in advance of the event is smoother than any comparable app I’ve used.

Bizzabo was used by event organizers and didn’t deliver as promised. Meeting times weren’t posted. Room changes were not provided or updated. So many people couldn’t even figure out how to use Bizzabo even after registering! Bizzabo never linked with those who had already paid their registration, but kept denying access to their (paid & registered) agenda with a pop up to ‘register now!”
Frustrating and useless!

It worked ok with limited functionality because I was running an older version. Had to delete it and redownload to upgrade, and now I can’t login.
I was going to give it the benefit of the doubt thinking I may be doing something wrong, but after reading the other reviews I’m giving up - if you can’t make it apple easy for the dumbest users to login, your mass market app is a fail.

Used Bizzabo for #OACMIAMI conference. Very glitchy. Could not rate sessions. Screen does not rotate (portrait only on iPad). App lost my user name a few times. Pain to re-enter very long email address over and over again to use app.

Having used Bizzabo for a conference for several years, was frustrated by logging in and having to reset password by not having the email keyboard available on those screens.

Bizzabo is just fine, but the support for it is atrocious. I’ve attempted to change my email address twice. My efforts yielded 10 different emails, and a still unresolved issue. The option to change your email address is not available in the settings for Bizzabo .

This ruined my entire experience with Bizzabo, and the company who made it.

The only way available to contact support is through the “we love feedback” link on the bottom left. However, if you click it, you will see that the email body that opens up has no recipient in the “ To” section. 😩 not only is Bizzabo not working for me but I can share the feedback with anyone!!!

The this app app is perfect for all our events, and our attendees loving having the agenda available on their phones. We also love the sleek and beautiful UI.

Love the software! It’s very user friendly and has all the features (and more) that I’ve been looking for. Truly impressed.

I get an email sent to me. I click on the link in my email. It takes me to Bizzabo where I have to re enter me email address. It tells me to click on the link in my email to confirm my email address. I click on the link and it takes me back to Bizzabo where it asks me to enter my email address. And on and on and on and goes.

They send link which expires very soon. Also I tried to find the event I am registered for but no luck!

When I try to open Bizzabo a “stay connected “ alert comes up and you can’t close it! Therefore I can’t see anything on Bizzabo except that. It really needs a lot of work! Very disappointed! I need my ticket number for an event I was going to attend but can’t get it!

Clean UI not so great UX.
There were many things that were difficult to get to. Like voting within an event page.

There were other things that could just been placed differently for a better user experience.

App works OK and is dependent on the event organizers to make the most of its functionality.

Having used Bizzabo at multiple conferences it is a registration nightmare. If the same email address is used to log in to this app for multiple conferences Bizzabo registration process breaks down and suggests you use another email address which is profoundly unhelpful. The registration process creates a real set up cost for the user which defeats the benefit of Bizzabo .
