The registration process requires you to click a link in a verification email. The email doesn't come, so you click on the "didn't get the email" link. A window opens saying that you need to click the link in the SAME EMAIL THAT YOU JUST SAID YOU DIDN'T GET. You click the "still having problems" link. It opens an email message. You type a description of your problem, click send, and receive notification that the server rejected the email. This is the sort of registration process that Franz Kafka would have designed.
This app doesn’t work. The registration process is very cumbersome and once you get through this you realize the the app is really only build for small screen phone (looks horrible on an iPad) and in addition to that the video broadcast doesn’t work at all. I normally don’t comment on apps, but this is soooooooo bad I had to and if there was a 0 star rating I would have used that. I am also deleting the app since it’s not worth the memory it occupies.
Like another reviewer said, I entered my email and then was sent an email to verify my identity. Every time I hit the “confirm email” button it took me back to the same spot in the app to verify my email. No access, just a series of emails that never worked. Groundhog Day. Even the tech support feature didn’t work. I tried to submit my problem but it wouldn’t take my email to receive a reply. That many bugs means I will never use this app again!
