TouchNet is flawed by repeating statement “-1111 You must change your pincode” in which there is absolutely no option to do such. Waste of time and space on my phone.

TouchNetOneCard is not optimized for the new iPhone XS Max and does not fit on the display properly causing the picture to be warped and it does not support Face ID so you have to use your passcode.

Not compatible with dark mode on iPhone. Only using TouchNetOneCard for school 😡

Night mode makes everything impossible. Would not use if I didn’t have to for school

I try and select a school and it immediately crashes. I don’t even get a chance to try to login. Not worth it.

9/10 times - - Always getting the wheel of death when logging on! Horrible app. Once you’re in, TouchNetOneCard is okay. Just hope it doesn’t freeze or kick you out in the middle. :(

I can’t login to my account since it doesn’t let me choose the right id type to login. TouchNetOneCard needs to be fixed since schools instruct TouchNetOneCard for new student to use as their virtual student id, but TouchNetOneCard not even works well.

TouchNetOneCard does not display the picture that was taken for my ID

Wow TouchNetOneCard finally looks and feels like it’s no longer out of 1996. It looks much cleaner and feels faster and more fluid. I still don’t particularly like it, but we have to use it so it’s fine. At least it’s functional and I can easily put money on my ID card and it’s way more stable. My only gripe still is that my picture is stretched so my head looks skinny and weird, but I’m a senior now so I’ll almost never have to see it again.

I cannot even get past the sign in page. Every time I enter my username and password it shuts TouchNetOneCard down.
