You know that every once in a while anyone can screw things up. Even big companies, right? So this is when a little man contacts their support chat and they have the stage and show their true colors.
The stupidity of the system with the “support” bot in the chat which is TOTALLY unavoidable and requires you to answer dozens of questions to speak to an “alive” person just to have them copy-paste some cliche like “update your app” and FORCE close your chat. So you guessed it right - now you have to answer another 3 hundred stupid bot questions to get another copy-paste generic answer. After 3rd attempt fails your head just explodes.
Just don't do this to yourself guys.
I cannot pay!!

Suddenly, after using Ozon for two years for many many purchases, the app and the website both stopped accepting all forms of payment. A new card is not accepted for entry, Apple Pay does not work, and all my current credit cards fail. The cards and Apple Pay all work at every other vendor online and offline, but at Ozon, nothing is accepted. I live in the Moscow region and during the lockdown this was a serious inconvenience. Please fix the app so that I can again make purchases. Thank you.
Delivery to neighbor country took week plus and can’t track my package

Ozon had a policy to deliver up to 5 days if you choose so. But honestly they don’t care!
I am waiting my package already 7 days plus and I have no idea when it should arrive
Support doesn’t work at all, if you ask them where is your package they are saying it still on the way, but the day before yesterday they’ve sent a message it has arrived!
What a mess!
And they are asking people to stay home and wait their delivery all day long from 9 am to 9pm!!!! It is crazy!
