Unusable
95% of screens in this app fail on server errors after about a 15-second timeout. I paid for a monthly subscription I can’t even use because requests to release bikes consistently fail on server errors. Sometimes the network randomly succeed- again about 5% of the time- and by the time you can release a bike, you’ll have been standing there waiting for flaky network requests along the way for at least 5-10 minutes. In the rare moments when the app physically works, the UI is slow and confusing. The user and bike station pins look nearly identical, making it visually impossible to tell which station is closest to you. Apple, PLEASE yank this thing!!

Overcharged!!
Rented bikes today in Miami South Beach. I was having trouble with my bike after I downloaded the app and put in my credit card information. I couldn’t get the bike out of the holder. The app is giving me an error message. It happened like two or three times. So then my boyfriend used his credit card and got the bike and was able to pull it out for me. But they are charged me on my credit card as if I used it. All of this happened in the course of five minutes. It would be virtually impossible for me to have use that bike for two hours and then the same bike at the same time charge on my boyfriends cardI sent them two emails and no response

Do Not Use
Was unable to even get a bike out of the rack. Stopped trying after 4 attempts, but was charged for 4 different rentals anyways. Now having to deal with customer service to get a refund, even though I called right after it happened and they said I would not be charged. If it’s not a scam, it’s pretty close to it. Total waste of my life.
