I truly believe this is the best software on the market for salons and barbershops. But unfortunately the booking page was a deal breaker for me . I truly believe if you could create a more customer friendly booking page similar to square,booksy,squire,set more, Vagaro. It would be a game changer. I spoke with a few former customers of yours and their feedback was very similar to mine which was why they left. We are all highly Disappointed because this software was almost everything a barbershop owner Dreamed of. Please make a more customer friendly booking page . I would love to work with you along with a few other shop owners I have close relationships with to promote this software if you were to create a friendly booking page.

I have used Salon Iris from DaySmart in my salon for over 7 years and have loved it the whole time! It is always updating with the latest needs to help organize the salon and me as a stylist! It’s easy to use and is customizable to your needs! From one stylist to multiple it covers every need!

My love this for scheduling my clients as a freelance hairstylist. It send confirmation text/emails. Keeps product inventory, processes card payments, allows me to keep notes in my clients as well as photos.

My only reason for 4 of 5 stars is I wish that the credit card processor allowed me to input the gratuity % for the preset options. Being able to input my own %'s really helps to increase my annual revenue even by the 5% difference from their options. So that's a bummer.

I have had this software for my salon for 13 years and haven’t had any issues. They have thought of everything.

I like DaySmartSalonSoftware a lot. Giving it 3 stars because I think it would be great if there was a way to connect my google calendar to DaySmartSalonSoftware so my appointments are all in one place. I use DaySmartSalonSoftware because I work independently with a company while using a different booking app for my personal clients and it would be awesome to have everything in one place to look at instead of checking back and forth all the time.

I cannot upload pictures. Been dealing with this for 10 days. No one here knows what’s going on. Talk to a different person every time. They told lies from the beginning. Told me my notes would transfer then after I paid come to find out they didn’t. Now this picture issue. They said it was hardware. Hours at the apple store> nope it was DaySmartSalonSoftware . Then I get on the phone and wait at least 15 minutes every time to talk to someone. Then they just literally tell you anything!

This last update has been my least favorite. I’ve used DaySmartSalonSoftware for 10 years and I dislike the new platform more than any other. I don’t like layout for time frames. I also do not like the swipe over to a new week... it took me a very long time to figure out the calendar and I still haven’t figured DaySmartSalonSoftware out well

DaySmartSalonSoftware is great! Scheduling is easy, check out is easy, rebooking is easy!! I only rate 4 instead of 5 because clients can't edit their own appointments from the website and I wish there was a way to put a maximum number of a certain service per week. Other than that, LOVE IT

Most in-depth booking all, tons of features. Sometimes the servers are a bit slow though. Should at a refresh button so I don’t have to close out and reopen to see newly booked spots. Would like to be able to delete/edit reoccurring appts at one time rather then have to go in manual. Also need iPhone X support!

This system is great! I’m a makeup artist and esthetician and work for myself DaySmartSalonSoftware allows me to customize all my services, keep track of client history and is fairly is easy to use. I’m still figuring somethings out but definitely will be purchasing the full system.

From what I read in the description and the reviews, it seems like an awesome app. However, I’m interested in a completely free app because I'm still in the very beginning stages of opening up my business. Had I been in business for a while already, I might have been willing to pay $30/ month.

The only reason I rate it 4 Stars is because the only feature I don’t like is the option of payment... I think that the default should just be cash and if the payment option is doddering it should be inputted then.

DaySmartSalonSoftware is great! I just wish I could get a notification when my client has been checked in or has canceled their appointment.

I am very pleased with DaySmartSalonSoftware . It’s very easy to use and has lost of great features. However, I have just noticed if I book an appointment on the computer and it’s on my scheduled day off it does not show up on DaySmartSalonSoftware . That I do not like. I rely on DaySmartSalonSoftware to show me all my appointments.

DaySmartSalonSoftware really helps me keep up with my appointment times and prices. I’m always on the go with no assistant so this helps manage my clients when they book and pay.

DaySmartSalonSoftware works great. My only issue is that it doesn’t work if the main computer is not on.

It worked for maybe 2 weeks before I couldn’t use DaySmartSalonSoftware anymore. Every time I click DaySmartSalonSoftware it opens and then closes. I’ve tried uninstalling and that hasn’t worked. I don’t know if this is a common thing or not but I’m disappointed.

DaySmartSalonSoftware is really great and useful. But with the new update, it won’t allow me to look at any of the clients’ formula histories. Hopefully will get fixed soon

My app is not working since the new update. Can anyone help me with this? I have deleted it and downloaded it again. Nothing seems to help

Love it! Super easy and everything is all in one place. Great for my business and my clients, love the notifications sent out to my clients to remind them of their appts.

DaySmartSalonSoftware is extremely helpful staying touch with the business remotely. Invaluable really. But have not been able to sign in since upgrading iPhone to OS 13.2. Hope this can be addressed soon.

I love Salon Iris, but it does run a little slowly. I wish I could click and it would instantly go to whatever I’m requesting.
