Why the subscriptions?

This used to be my favorite mobile game when I was a child. But to see that I have to pay $4.99 just to play for one month is outrageous. It is so sad to see companies go money hungry and by doing this they are losing a big majority of their audience. And they if you get halfbrick+ because you believe that they truly want you to experience other games that they have you are a fool. They just want your money and nothing else. You are just a customer and nothing more than money to them in their eyes.

Like many others here, I bought this game when it first came out. I stumbled across it again and loaded it. Now one only gets 30 minutes of gameplay before having to sign up for subscription. This is really horrible. It’s seems that developers now only care about trying to bilk more money out of their customers through dlc, subscriptions, etc. One day I hope developers will learn that all they are doing is alienated their customers, particular ones that supported them early on. This has been a sad experience and I of course have deleted this app.

I had this game before it was taken down and I was excited to see it on the App Store again it even saved my 30/33 achievements from the past. But then I clicked on the game and found out I only get an hour of gameplay before the company wants me to pay a monthly subscription to be allowed to play the game. I had just enough time to get the untouchable achievement making 31/33 achievements completed but now I can’t play the game anymore. Honestly I won’t play the other games and I’m not paying $3.33 or $4.99 every month to play the one game. If I could make a one time payment between $3-10 for the one game I would do that for the nostalgia of this game or even have to put up with adds. As it stands now thanks for the nostalgic blast from the past but it looks like I’ll be saying goodbye to this game again.
