Contact Zombie Frontier 3 Support

First, I like the game. However, I give one star because the developers do not honor the in app offers they have. Like most games they have offers to try new games and subscribe to services in exchange for “gems” to use in the game. I have completed 5 offers in the last 13 days for a total of 1763 gems. They have only credited one offer for 144 gems. I have reported these to their support line. They requested that I supply confirmation emails and screen shots showing the completed offers. Even after submitting these items I am still waiting. The last response said they submitted the evidence to their partners and they would either "credit my rewards or deny them." And to please "be patient". 13 days waiting is ridiculous. I like this game but do not offer credits and then refuse to credit after I fulfill my end.

Honestly this is a very fun game. It’s just way to expensive to enjoy without completing the offers given for free rewards. However, it is almost impossible to get all of the rewards even after contacting the company FYBER over and over again. I still, weeks later, haven’t received all my due rewards. There are some that you complete and get no info on how or where to send support help emails since there are no numbers or anything that correspond with the offers. Your left to ask for help and in turn be told there’s nothing the company can do without proof. But the proof is impossible to retrieve since there are no websites to connect to, to get info. I am still in communication with the company FYBER and am getting blow off by the for days at a time. Again fun game, disgusting treatment be developers.

I love the game. But WHY do we have to pay so much money to get jewels and coins to keep up with the game.. I mean seriously, why can’t we earn MORE coins to upgrade weapons instead of having to pay money? I guarantee you guys have more people deleting this game than playing it for that reason. I know you have to make your money, but why so expensive and why can’t MORE BE earned by actually playing the game. I’m stuck on a mission because I don’t have enough firepower to complete it because I’m not spending another dime on this game. It’s ridiculous. More money should be earned in the game so we don’t have to keep spending our hard earned money to play a game... The whole point of a game is you guys WANT YOUR PEOPLE TO PLAY THE GAME. But if we don’t have the money to keep up with the game how do can we play it? I’m done playing it.
