This game is really fun, the story mode is pretty much perfect. The only problems are with hoard mode. The idea is great and it is really fun, except it is too hard. I had the game before the update where the sentry guns would spawn, and it was a lot better than the latter. The bosses and sentrys were a good addition but the main reason why the new update is so hard is because absolutely NOTHING spawns for you to pick up. At all. The main reason this game is so good is because of its creative use of the pickups (in my opinion). This makes the achievement to get to round 15 almost impossible. My highest round is 7. The level of difficulty increase in the rounds would be perfect IF the pickup crates spawned. Besides that it is perfect. 2-Player mode is great as well. But its pretty much useless unless you have an ipad. With phones the screens just get so small. I think it would be great if you could play over wifi or internet :).⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This update to my favorite game has fixed everything into its rightful spot. I understand that you're trying to make the game better for the greater good, but please don't ever try anything that crazy. I'm glad that you were final able to give to the others the original. I hope everyone is ok for now, but that doesn't mean that you can't update your game. You could add new types of weapons, or online matches with other random people, or even a new game mode. But if everybody is so happy with what you made, don't start adding all these useless ideas and details that you may not even like as much as the consumers do. So all this, and all I wanted to say was that thank you, for giving me something more than just a game, a gift is a better term. And last of all, thank you to listening to people, something many companies lack.

This game is totally worth it!!!! It is probably my favorite Halfbrick Studios game! But I have a few requests. But, before I start, I truly love all of your games you make, Halfbrick! First of all, and I think all of the players want, are more levels! Your levels are already awesome in there own, funny Barry way. But, I only got this game yesterday, and I am already in the 8th chapter. And, that's why you added the waves game mode. BRILLIANT!!!! I love the difficulty, and that brings me to my next request: add a difficulty choice. It (honestly) was a little to easy for me. Now, my favorite request, is MORE power ups and weapons! It would be so cool if you could add rides, too! Well, thx so much for reading, and I look forward for future updates, and stay cool, Halfbrick!

Can you guys by any chance make it so the screen can flip both sides of the phone horizontally instead of one side, also can co op be online multiplayer instead of just local for both modes and up to 4 players I think that be fun just an idea. I’m sure that has been a request for a while and would take time to make or its just not really something that isn’t in the works at all but all good this game brought back childhood memories thank you for this amazing game ! ❤️

Usually I would be able to easily beat any third person shooter or top down shooter game on AgeofZombies Store fairly easily but this game made me rethink my whole blitzkrieg tactics that I used as I was literally almost shoved into a corner by a massive pack of zombies.

Luckily after dying twice in the game I managed to have a very enjoyable experience as I was luring zombies into full conga lines or distracting them with my sentry guns but all and all this game will feel punishing at first however it becomes clear that staying alive is more important than killing the Adorable Face hugging zombies.

I’ve has this game and beat it (I THINK) and it was a long road to have that special moment of defeating the sir himself who created the whole disaster at the beginning. (FORGOT HIS NAME, BEEN A WHILE) And now I want to take my skill once again at this game and have fun but I can’t download it anymore since it doesn’t work with IOS 11. I really want to say that this game was the best game I have ever played with my brother and it is! But now I’m sad that I can’t play one of my favorite games ever. PLEASE UPDATE THIS ASAP BECAUSE I WANT MY FAV GAME BACK! AND I THINK I MIGHT SPEAK FOR OTHER TOO. PLEASE IF YOU SEE THIS UPDATE THE GAME ASAP!

Just broke my 5 million point barrier (not saying which map) I just wish you could regenerate 1 heart (if you lost any) every 30 seconds or so of not getting hit. But this this game is cool, it's fun, I'd recommend it to everyone, that rhymed, getting most achievements are easy but I still can't get the 10 kills with a stick of dynamite and I've used it a bunch, I've checked the stats screen dozens of times and it still says 0 kills with dynamite. It's the only achievement I need. So until then I technically have all the achievements.

Thanks for changing the art back. The game needs more story levels , Add local Bluetooth or wifi multiplayer, so that more people can play the same level. Add more gameplay modes. Maybe you could make all your other games more connected by bringing colossatron into aoz. Add more achievements and something like mini games because that would be a lot more fun. Game lags at times otherwise game's great.

You finally updated the game I finished it years ago now I will get back and play it I deleted it because you guys never update but now you do and you added some of the things I wanted so I will get it back and beat the game all over again just keep updating!!!!!!😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😛 ps please add online please please PLEASE!!!!!! or local or both because I hate split screen if you can do that that would be great.

I think I can speak for everyone who played this game, and who can’t remember the name cuz I had trouble too: WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE THIS GAME UPDATED, because even after I beat the game probably within the first hour (probably, idk) I was so addicted! I kept playing and playing over and over again and right now with the pandemic, it would be amazing to just play this to pass the time. Please Halfbrick, update this game!

I just want to say thanks for restoring the game to its original glory. Changed my original review from one star to five stars. Even though the graphics were almost completely hated, Halfbrick didn't deserve so many immature caps-spamming reviews in the past.

Highly recommend the game to new players. Addictive, the story and dialogue is great, and endless mode gives it a lot of replay value.

I think this is the best game ever but needs more levels or a sequel. AgeofZombies deserves to be on top charts! I think the lite version should have more levels and add more levels to the full version! Like jetpack joyride I think you should be able to customize your characters because now there is only Barry and Abe Lincoln Barry. Thanks! Hope you read and make this cool stuff happen!

Let’s be honest here this is one of the best half brick games I just want it to come back I was thinking of this game today looked in AgeofZombies Store nothing looked through my purchased and saw it and it said developer must update to current IOS so basically what this is for is to tell y’all to update this game please we all loved it

This is a great remaster of the original game, the psvista and psp are still peak though, but for the love of God can you pls add controller support for multiplayer. My brother and I love to play as Barry and Harry the og characters but multiplayer is unbearably on iPhone, it is a little more tolerable on an iPad but pls add controller support pls.

P.S. pls bring back 4 players and zombie month. This game was and is halfbrick’s peak.

Also also to all the people that are deterred by signing into Halfbrick plus, y’all are just ignorant and lazy because it only needs your email not your social so it is impossible for them to steal your money besides Halfbrick + is free and it works great.

I remember how awesome this game was when it first came out and then it sadly got removed. I felt so depressed. AND THEN YOU GUYS MADE ME HAPPY BY BRINGING IT BACK!!! It is just as fun as it was when I first got my hands on it in 2011. The dialogue, The campaign, the boss fights, horde mode, everything.

P.s. I am a big fan of halfbrick in general and I think you make really amazing content, and anyways have a nice day :D

One of the best mobiles games I have ever played to date I played it way back when it first came out and I well overplayed i came back to relive so moment of zombie killing pleasure as berry steakfries come to find out it doesn’t work with iOS 11 so please halfbrick if you listen to fans update this game so we can all relive our favorite zombie killing moments!

I remembered playing this game when I was a lot younger on my IPod and now that the game is back I do have it on my iPad . The only downfall is that the game is buggy and needs an update to be able to be more fluid and stop closing AgeofZombies when I pass the level or even by just pressing the options tab. Overall I loved this game as a kid and still would love to actually play it.

I love this game I want to play more levels and it would be cool if you could up grad the guns that would make more people play it because it would take longer to beat I also love the two player mode I play with my little cousin and he is like a pro and he wants more levels to plz thanks if you do

Hay I like your games I’ve played age of zombies a lot it I can’t play anymore because you need to reals a new update because my iOS it at 12. Something but please I would love it if you would make it play able for me and everyone in the world again.

Bring it back to newer iPhones and push it with some dope halfbrick production adds and it’ll be successful. I’d buy stuff in game to show support. I need this game back. I payed money for it. The reason y’all didn’t get downloads was because it was 6$ with no advertisements. Maybe drop the price to 3.99 and advertise this mf. I NEED THIS GAME BACK

I played through this game literally dozens I would even say close to a hundred times when I was younger and about three months ago I searched for about an hour in my purchased games and tried to reinstall it but it was incompatible. 2:16am I’m restless, searching for something fun to play and I decide on maybe some nostalgia so I go to the plays from the past section. I see “Age of Zombies” and I immediately think “there’s no [explitive] way it has to be a rip off”. BUT HERE IT IS, WERE BACK BABY IN FULL FORCE IS ZOMBIE KILLING TIME. Don’t listen to any negative comments about this game, it’s a BLAST both nostalgically and the explosives. I’m so glad to see the game back and I can’t wait to support it in full force.

Thank you for bringing this game back and updating it for the new iPhones. It’s been so long I was just scrolling through my bought apps when I bought apps and there it was. I immediately downloaded it and feel in love with it all over again.

I played this game before it was removed from the AppStore and found that this beautiful relic returned. It’s easy to learn, controlled but chaotic and pure awesomeness. Only thing I wish it had was an online coop with friend codes so that you don’t have to play split-screen on a little phone. Keep up the great work!!

The sharpshooter achievement is broken. I have run through the first chapter many times with just the starting pistol and made sure to hit basically all of my shots, yet somehow my accuracy is not above the 75% threshold. I’ve looked it up, and this seemed to have also been an issue on some other port of the game many years ago.

I still gave this a 5/5 though, since this game was my childhood, and it’s still great. (However, I feel like endless/horde mode is worse now. I don’t recall it constantly spawning bosses [especially right on top of you!] from other chapters or having fixed spots for the item crates. I kind of wish this was an option to toggle off, i.e. to go back to “classic” mode.)
