Unethical company, Poor customer service

The price there offer is good. But when it comes to any problem(reservation date, deposit doesn’t refund, etc.), there customer service does not try to solve any of your problems at all. All they do is lying and trying to throw off there responsibility. Imagine the customer service telling you that you never paid the deposit until you show them the record! That is exactly what they do and that is exactly why they can offer low price. You will likely pay much higher price and waste lots of time for the bucks you saved if you book anything on there platform.
Worst app ever

Don’t waste your time. It is almost impossible to book a ticket on this app. Price are keep changing, once you click on purchase or confirm, it will show sth like “there’s an error””you already have this order in your cart”, but you don’t, then the page will road, price will go higher and higher and higher. Repeat. Worst experience ever.
Abusive, don’t refund

Customer service is exclusively fake bots that don’t actually work. Getting a refund is impossible after wasting several days with “customer service”. They consistently recommend trash hotels that you should never stay at because of said abuse and fake customer service. Oftentimes flights are nonsensical by time length and price. Really really scammy
