I would appreciate if someone could give me some feedback to my dilemma which has been going on for nearly eighteen months after trying to get a fibre optic internet connection with SFR. Here are the points which outline the latest harassment having already paid over 100 euros and wasted many months of my time and that of many of my neighbours in an attempt to get a phone line installed. My initial question to a friend was: Has google mail a special relationship with sfr? 1. I access my gmail via the gmail website. 2. When I view any mail from sfr on my laptop in the 'unread' section, above the 'everything else' section it disappears after reading. 3. I just tested this with other mails - from myself for example - and they remain after me reading them, but in "faded" font. 4. I took screenshots of this to document this strange thing. Mine remain and SFR mails disappear. 5. I avoided looking at SFR mails on the phone when accessing gmail knowing the above. 6. I sent immediately a copy to you knowing the above since then I have at least my sent mail to you. 7. I can view the complete mail sent to you, that is to say the sender address is now mine, and not sfr. 8. There is no copy on my computer of getting this mail from sfr demanding almost 100euros to be paid within 8 days to avoid judicial procedures. 9. I wanted a straight copy of the sfr so that I could pay the bill via the bank code given, but as I see it is not there, I am changing my mind - this seems like a straightforward pfishing crime. 10. Google allows users to alert authorities of a pfishing crime if the mail is sent immediately to their pfishing alert address. 11. I cannot send them a copy with my address as sender or I will be accusing myself of sending pfishing to my gmail account. 12. They give NO BANK ACCOUNT details to which I can send the money. 13. They only give a website address - to which I have access only in name but with no details of account or debt owing as you have seen. 14. I have only screenshots of the details of various mails from them and their website which indicate that there is nothing owed to them. 15. Finding the screenshots is a laborious task as I sometimes take 20 screenshots a day to document items. 16. I believe that these emails from "SFR" are fake, as the website has never ever shown any debt owed by me nor any further details other than my first and last name, an account number, a fictitious phone number which has NEVER been used and nothing more. 17. The only other evidence I have is the link to ....no not even anything other than the SFR website. 18. No serious company will send a summons via email only or 'sms' message. 19. I have received NOTHING per letter and so believe that this is truly a criminal act implemented by people working for SFR who have deliberately abused their position to cream off money from gullible people who are unaware of their legal position regarding such scams. Less than 20 points and thank you for having the patience to read this tiny part of a long story - if you check DVN from before November 2022 you will perhaps find my initial requests for advice on how to get fibre glass internet with this 'company'. I CANNOT pay this even if I wanted to as I have nothing payable on their website. Wishing you all a safe and peaceful day. Clive STEWART

Avec l'iphone 6+ bonjour la lenteur

Depuis que j'ai un iPhone 6+ l'application est extrêmement lente. Chaque changement ou effacement de mail demande 1 seconde ... Recharger l'application n'a rien changé. J'ai de nombreuses applications et c'est la seule qui bogue ainsi.
