I installed and used BlueCrossNC several weeks ago. Naturally, I can't remember my user name/password. When I try to use the login screen to find that information, neither the forgot button for User ID nor the one for Password work. They each bring up a pop-up notifying me I will be leaving the site and asking if that is okay. When I click continue, the pop-up goes away. But that's all. Nothing else opens, nothing comes up in its place, it just leaves me stranded. I have deleted and reinstalled BlueCrossNC and I get the same result. Sometimes BlueCrossNC tries to tell me I don't have a network connection, but when I check that, I do, and it's pretty strong. You do know this is partly why we’re so frustrated with our healthcare insurance, right? Things you tell us are for our convenience and that you use as a selling point, don’t actually work. Maybe just make sure they work before you roll them out?
