iPhone updated my phone’s software to the latest IOS 11.0.1 and Feng Shui World magazine which automatically renews its annual subscription in my apps also sent an update yesterday. When I opened the FSW app to load the October 2017 magazine into my phone, FengShuiWorldMagazine won’t load but just goes back to the original phone’s screen 😡😡😡 what a bummer! Have been a subscriber for the last 3 years and then this happened. Please kindly fix this!

I have one year subscription that will end March2018 when I upgrade the latest IOS I can no longer access to Feng Shui World Magazine please let me know what to do.

We very disappointed your service. No response when we requested regarding our past subscription. We will let family and friends know how lousy your service!!!

Error: Failure to restore subscriptions. Prompt you to go ahead an purchase individually and you will not get charged. Not true at all! You will get charge. Subscriber for years only the past two attempts for subscriptions gave this error.

My annual subscription renewed oct 18, 2015 for fsw magazine iphone. How come i cannot download the most current version without paying again for the single magazine? I have been subscribing to FSW mag for 3 years! First time i have such encounter with double charging for annual subscription and current release! Pls check ur systems! I reported to apple support already. Otherwise pls refund my money! I have been charged additional 4.99 for nov and december issues when i have already paid for annual subcription. It will not let me restore subcriptions and when i click on annual subcription... It will say

The only way for me to get the most recent version is to download the single issue all over again and get charged monthly again on top of my annual subs!

Pls fix this issue

No open sesame after iOS 15

Same as the above complaints. I recently updated all my devices. FengShuiWorldMagazine just crashes before loading.

I have been a subscriber to Feng Shui World since it came out and have never been disappointed, on the contrary, there is always a professional advise from Lilian Too on how to improve your life and avoid major disasters in your business or home. Highly recommend it!
