How to fix Fidme app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fidme app on iPhone
Update Fidme app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fidme iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fidme on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fidme network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fidme Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fidme not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fidme App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fidme » click [Force Stop]

Update Fidme to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fidme App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fidme » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fidme.

Fix Fidme unable to contact server/ Fidme internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fidme » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fidme » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
