I use this app to see how much moon I will have for NVG flight operations. It works perfect for my needs.

Clear, simple display. Shows moon's phases as percentages and descriptions (ex. "Waning crescent, 6%), plus this app, moonset, sunrise, and sunset times, all on one screen. Easy interface to select another date or another location. Date can be selected with arrow buttons or with YYYY-MM-DD rollers/sliders. Tapping the date display once reverts to today's date. Turning the phone horizontally into landscape mode automatically shows the date and rise/set times for the next full moon, which is a nice touch. Pretty moon and sun imagery also.

At first I thought this app wasn't working. You need to go to your privacy setting at choose location services and turn on the app on. Then you can set your city and the times will appear. Now that I know how to turn in on properly, it looks like it's going to work well.
