What an awful company. They lock you into deals for a long term then won’t let you downgrade or cancel the membership without paying the full amount since you sign “a legal binding agreement”. Yet if you want to upgrade the membership, you can do that anytime. Don’t sign up for this app. Don’t download Regus . Use literally any other office space service out there.

Their payment program is so wickedly implemented with no room for a change not even for a mistake especially if you enter their contracts. Horrible!! Every month they forcibly take money from my account for a business that doesn’t exist at all. I tried taking to many many customer service agents online and via phone and all they said is that I have to continue to pay for the mistakenly registered company name that does not EXIST! Horribly Bad Management! Shame!

Terrible app! I had been unlimited member for 40 days, it always show a charge when i tried to book day office on app. I called help desk more than 10 times, still not solve my issue. I have to call reservation team to book a room every day, they get my unlimited membership type of account, but they have manual to set bills to 0 charge. i would give 0 star for rating!!!! Angry and mad with it!!!!!! Lack of tech support team!

As most iPhone users likely now know, the this app App keeps CRASHING & then closing as attempt to use Regus , this only since last Wednesday when updated iOS 18.0 upgrade needed to be installed. The this app email rep sadly 100% unhelpful & CLUELESS, despite my & my this app Center Manager’s detailed notes to them ! No phone # to call or call back to me as requested. I think email rep in Malaysia, as the messsge tag says that. Not user friendly.

The first scam I’ve ever fallen for.
I was curious about office space in my area and this app makes you sign up ($$$) to check for available space. After signing up i immediately noticed there were 0 offices free for the next few months. Within 24 hours i cancelled, prior to my contract start date, but they refuse to refund because the contract you sign when you pay is predatory. Beware. This is the first scam i have fallen for and need others to know.

this app provided a terrible experience. Despite paying all invoices in full, I was denied access to the office space. I waited over 3 hours at their Downtown Dallas location, and no one ever showed up to let me in. This happened to me twice in one month. I contacted them several times, but they ignored my messages and refused to refund the payment for the month. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

I just updated Regus to its most current version about a half an hour ago. When I start Regus , I now see the this app logo with big city skyscrapers in the background. That last for about one second and then Regus shuts down somebody needs to stop apologizing for all the problems. Users are having and fix the problems immediately your reputation is sliding fast downward.

The staff is friendly and I have been satisfied with this app until recently. Last week, without any notice to regular users, even after I first inquired as to why I was having a difficult time booking space on Regus , I was told that there are no offices available from February until at least April. This is the address on my business cards, which I reordered 1 week before being told that no office space is available to see my clients. I clearly need to make other arrangements as this is no longer a reliable business model for me.

This company is a scam!! please read the other comments before using any of this app services!! I have been trying to cancel my service for hours and I keep getting the run a round, in Regus and online. They make it very difficult to cancel. Stating that you can cancel from Regus and when you type in the request they tell you to come back later and it seems to be a problem and can’t process the request!!

Do not use this service!! They are taking peoples hard earned money!!!

VERY difficult to speak to any supervisor that has the ability to look into any discrepancies or problems you might have with your account or how you are being treated by staff at the office you use.
Without going into the sordid details suffice to say that it is not possible to speak to anyone in charge of the offices. I spent far too long searching the website , going as far to try and find someone on LinkedIn and came up empty.
G-d forbid you have a problem with your account. You will be on your own!!!

I’ve used a decent amount of coworking apps and coworking on-demand apps, and unfortunately I find the ux of this one bottom tier and not intuitive for this purpose.

For background I’m a solo-preneur who uses the service to cowork out of the house. I don’t want a main location but like trying out different offices.

🙃Selection functionality is weird: you might select a space to go to with the time frame you want, but the next page swaps you to a different location for the time you want. I have booked the incorrect space twice because of this. And show up at the intended space and they don’t know why.

🙃 can’t check how many bookings are left in my account for the month. I just sort of guess and hope.

🙃 no onboarding feature or customer support pages to show you how to use Regus when you start.

App is ok but could be more useful and functional for the on the go exec like me. I would like to use Regus more and it is functional but the most important things can’t be done to date with all of the updates. When can we see our invoices in pdf or onscreen and when can we be able to pay through Regus for the rent as well?

I give kudos for one thing about the this app Offices, the professional environment is very upright, it has genuine appreciation of business protocols above and beyond the call of duty.
The suites are in prime location and they are facilitated for upholding strong business models.
A drawback might implode a small business with extended duration contracts which have been leveraged beyond the scope of a small business.

Regus is good. It is not intuitive. And having so many accounts listed makes it u clear when booking and causes issues on the back end. Empower Your employees to go into the system to correct errors easily. Also, I’ve had to delete and reinstall Regus twice in two months. So there is something that doesn’t quite sync.

Regus is fine once you’re in but it takes me 3-5 attempts to login every single time I want to use Regus . It is horrible. Absolutely a horrible experience. The funny thing is they have a little message in Regus talking about how great their new login experience is and it’s garbage. Whoever came up with this nonsense should be fired.

this app as a service is excellent. Regus could be a little more user friendly, it could save the places and types of bookings I use so I don’t have to hand type every single time. Lots of SALES going on within Regus , which is supposed to be for members, who don’t need to be sold anymore.

I have built a home office and still have an office at a this app location. Regus makes it so easy for me to update my location with call forwarding. I just switch it when i am leaving a location. It works great. this app has been great for me for a couple of years. This next year i will transition to a virtual office most of the year with a rented office during tax season. But with the call forwarding feature i know i will not miss any calls.

This is an amazing business concept. Being able to move from different offices and enjoy different cities. The views are spectacular and great to meet clients. Keep it up!

I have used this app a few times now and love the convenience of having an office when I need it, and only when I need it. The great pricing helps me manage overhead costs for my growing business. this app has an affordable office solution for almost any size company!

System is easy to use. Love being able to just login and book my office room for the day. I have been using this for about 4 months now and haven’t noticed any glitches in the system or crazy updates either so it’s nice to be able to use and continue to use something easily and effortlessly.
