This company is a scam!! please read the other comments before using any of Regus services!! I have been trying to cancel my service for hours and I keep getting the run a round, in the app and online. They make it very difficult to cancel. Stating that you can cancel from the app and when you type in the request they tell you to come back later and it seems to be a problem and can’t process the request!!
Do not use this service!! They are taking peoples hard earned money!!!

The staff is friendly and I have been satisfied with Regus until recently. Last week, without any notice to regular users, even after I first inquired as to why I was having a difficult time booking space on the app, I was told that there are no offices available from February until at least April. This is the address on my business cards, which I reordered 1 week before being told that no office space is available to see my clients. I clearly need to make other arrangements as this is no longer a reliable business model for me.

Their payment program is so wickedly implemented with no room for a change not even for a mistake especially if you enter their contracts. Horrible!! Every month they forcibly take money from my account for a business that doesn’t exist at all. I tried taking to many many customer service agents online and via phone and all they said is that I have to continue to pay for the mistakenly registered company name that does not EXIST! Horribly Bad Management! Shame!
