I have been using this app for a few years now, and have been put to sleep by him every time. Through the add-on packs, I've changed several things in my life thanks in large part to the post-hypnotic suggestions. Buy this app! You won't be sorry!

I'm SO GRATEFUL for this app! I've suffered from Chronic Insomnia for over 20 years, & have tried everything under the sun...sleep studies, pills, eating turkey, alcohol, anything I thought would help me sleep. I downloaded this app at 5:30am, feeling hopeless. To make a long story short, this app has changed my life! Now I sleep EVERY day!! (I would sometimes go up to 5 days without sleep, & I don't use drugs) I use this app to sleep, not for the dreams, though I have had a few that stand out. I've never been able to stay awake to hear the end of it!! The new update makes it so you can change/adjust the background sounds/music, which helped even more. The only minor complaint is, that I get into a really deep sleep, and then he starts talking at one point, and it wakes me back up, cuz the volume is louder than when he starts at the beginning...BUT, I fall right back asleep. I know this is a long review, but if you've read the whole thing, and you're looking for an honest app to help you sleep, you have to try this one. Give it a week, you will love it...I do!! It's now a must-have for me, every single day! Thank you to the creators for this, it's changed my life! I'm no longer a walking zombie, now that I can sleep!!! :D

This is scary good
I couldn't sleep last night, and I rolled around in bed, awake, until about 1:00am...as desperate as I was, I needed something to help me (because I have football practice at 7 and I needed sleep). I tried binaural beats and nothing helped, so I bought this app and all I can say is wow...I am posting this review at 6:00am(the next morning); The dreams are so vivid and you actually remember them when you wake up. I would recommend this to anyone who needs help sleeping or anyone interested in lucid dreams. The voice is so peaceful and it really does put you to sleep. It was just the first night using this app and I think I am going to use it for a long time. Thank you for the amazing app! This is well worth the money. - Greg PS. I use this app with my headphones because if I use it on my dock, I can't hear the voice as clearly when it's quiet (I can't have it too loud without waking the rest of my family in the middle of the night) and you don't know what to dream a about if you can't hear what the man is saying.
