    The WORST bank

    Had terrible experiences with this bank. I highly warn people against this bank 1. Poor customer service. When you call they are unable sort out even your most basic needs. 2. Could not close account. Process took over 2 months of doing maxed out etransfers every day because they had no way to send amounts of money over $3000. 3. Would not allow me to withdraw my money even when provided with passport and drivers license. They said I couldn't be verified. :| 4. You will have one main office and if you ever cant make it to that main office then they wont serve you. (Mortgage needs, basic banking services, etc) 5.They have no locations. You have only heard of Desjardins if your from Montreal. Joke of a bank and an utter waste of time. Go with any other bank.

    App refuses to work, wants me to update to latest version but I already have the latest version... c'mon guys, you are way behind other banks already with no camera deposit and oldschool debit cards without paywave... now this? Extremely unprofessional.
