Love the service, but Wheely doesn’t give you an accurate price. It says that it is a flay rate, but a lot of additional charges were added on after my arrival. I wrote to customer service and didn’t receive a response.

Sergey was an amazing driver, gentle and super professional.

I take a car from London Heathrow airport the charge was £50 minutes they keep charging my card up to £140 they charge even for parking in the airport, taxis is much cheaper.

They charged me, without even getting me a car. They don’t only lied about “calling me” they charged me £20 for a trip I didn’t make. Don’t you get Wheely!!!!

This server works terribly in Russia. cars have a cigarette smell and you have to wait a very long time.

Issues with notifications. Had to resend SMS twice during registration and haven't receive any notifications when driver has arrived, even though he notified the system. Look at the map to see if the driver is here.

Great service overall and I'm a big fan except recently I stumbled across the fact that drivers are immediately informed of what rating they are given by their passengers so if you rate them badly and they pick you up again (very common) you're in an awkward position.

So don't rate drivers at all for now which defeats the purpose of this all.

Also note that drivers are rating passengers as well. I just learnt this recently through one of the drivers and this is not mentioned in Wheely . Not a bad idea but passengers should be informed as well.

At first, I wasnt sure why I would ever use this service vs a black cab. But, then it dawned on me: a fixed price never changes, even with traffic. Also, the company uses Prius' through Green Tomatoe, which makes them a green alternative. Prices are very fair. Will definately continue to use the service when I need them.

A driver of an alternative on-demand car service recommended recommended to try this app. I decided to set them up as a back up but while signing up when I provided my Amex they blocked the account and required a list of documents to prove identity. Sorry. I don't trust this app with my passport data. So, app deleted!

Works exactly like advertised, swift service, clean new cars, seamless billing. Highly recommended!

The service is very useful, kind and helpful employees, but if you would, please change the Gorkaya st. to Tverskaya, it feels like 10 years ago :-)
