Attention ppl! I booked a Ryanair flight from london to berlin on Ctrip and then attempted to apply a schengen visa. The staff told me they don't accept Ctrip itinerary for applying a schengen visa. I asked the staff of Ctrip to give me the original itinerary that Ryanair gave them, they just refused and didn't helping me at all. I booked again from Eurowings and finally got my visa. I swear I'm not going to use Ctrip again even when I go back to China. Don't book flight on Ctrip if you don't feel like boiling your trip. Go to the original app or website of the airlines. I give a one-star comment just because I can't give a zero.

Won’t return fund when flight cancelled
I booked my flight on C-trip early in March but my flight was cancelled by the airline company. C-trip refused to return my fund whereas people I know who booked the same flight from different platforms got their refund back. I have been waiting for more than 180 days for my refund but never received any actual help from customer service.

DO NOT USE, IT’S A SCAM
They always add on extra charge when you check out and the price is always higher than what they first show you. Once you paid and notice the price different, they refuse to refund. This is a scam app, go use some other app such as 飛豬, 去哪兒 or booking, anything you use is better than this scam service.
