2 years agoThis place pays pennies for a secret shop but lures you into the frebies but doesn’t pay due to loopholes in the wording of their shop. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CROOK OUTFIT!!!!

So we did a shop on a furniture store. We did as asked and mention mattresses (we recorded the entire experience on our phone). Now it is NOT our fault that we were not asked for the mattress demonstration. It only said in our paper work to ask about mattresses and accept mattress demo if asked. This Trish Overton lady emailed me and told me I had to go back and have the mattress demo it was in my paperwork. No it was not. It says if asked accept demo and $30 isn’t worth over an hour of my time and a 2 hour drive. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 sadly we did 2 shops that day and follow directions on both the same. We were very thorough!!! So for the second shop we did on the same day was also declined. There is no winning with this company. DONT DO IT YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!! Waste of time!

Be very careful accepting these visits
I assigned myself to this one project for Intel, it says I had to purchase the food and after following ALL instructions will be reviewed and I get the reimbursement afterwards. I missed one photo of the food I ordered to go. The Rep Randi said she gave me an extension to send her the photo of the food . I had the receipt to prove it. Wow I didn’t even know I only have 24 hours to submit it. I emailed and sent her the necessary photos. She said I didn’t meet the deadline and it’s over the extended time. Not only she didn’t reply back in a timely manner. I didn’t get my reimbursement, didn’t get paid and wasted my money for buying food all because of a missing photo. I lost $25 from a missing photo regardless of evidential receipt lesson learned. Drove to the location wasted gas. Only some of the companies are friendly and helpful who’s more attentive than others.

App has some Shortcomings
I love being a secret shopper. While I love having the app, lately it has been losing photos and information. I rely on the app to tell me I have missed answers. It will say everything is complete and then the shop is returned. I take photos and save them and then they are gone when I get back. I refuse to use the camera in the app, and take pics and upload from my gallery now. I hope they can fix these issues
