Wavely is a joke. There is nothing simple or easy about job hunting with Wavely because no one will respond to your inquiries!! I have thrown my resume out to many employers and sent many introductory messages asking for more information and to express my interest and all I get are crickets. I had only one person respond with little enthusiasm and then he ghosted me. This job market is already extremely difficult, advertising an app that makes “hiring easy” is misleading and absolutely false, and it is very upsetting that you are taking advantage of peoples hopes to find work who are struggling such as myself. The reviews also look fake as of to promote Wavely with stellar reviews. Please do everyone a favor and BE BETTER!!
You can’t force education dates. This practice is bias and being ended in the industry. Hiring mgrs see you as either too young or old based on their own values based on age. The practice must be eradicated from resumes and applications. Also post the salary or slap professionals in the face as they try to track you down to learn that information.
Not user-friendly in the slightest. Such a hassle that I just gave up before even filling out my info. Don’t bother trying to import a resume.
So far I’ve seen a few posts that once I’ve reached out the actual company, I find out the job posting isn’t from them. Most recently, COCONCLEAN in COlorado appeared to post a position for remote customer service. After looking up the company I found out they were in Colorado but the posting said the office was in San Francisco. So I called the company directly and confirmed that the posting was not real as I couldn’t see how it would make sense to hire Californians for Colorado tasks. Most people in California aren’t even from here and barely know anything about California let alone Colorado. You’ve been warned. Do your research!

There are no replies on Wavely just the same type of “waving” that Facebook had years ago.
I’ve had several colleagues try it to see if it was just me + it has been nothing but a waste for all of us.
App constantly crashes after signing up to the point of having to delete Wavely and reinstalling. Seems like an interesting idea and found it through a TikTok ad
Most Unuser friendly app I’ve used. The same jobs have been posted since I got it a month ago and the jobs aren’t even what I represented I wanted. You have to enter info that can’t be entered.
Wavely won’t even allow me to make the actual profile. It kept the next screen greyed out so I couldn’t move forward despite there only being 4 sections to fill and two were my name and one was my city so I know I filled it all out. It was advertised on TikTok so I decided to try it out, but it’s a bust.
Wavely is very glitchy I can’t even finish my profile. If these issues were resolved I’d be more inclined to try it but for now I won’t be using Wavely. Too many bugs and lag and crashing
Recruiters asking me to switch platforms and apply elsewhere. Seems scammy and there are no interactions.
It’s a great idea, but Wavely is unstable. I’ve removed it and downloaded it, but it keeps crashing
Good concept, and sounds ideal on paper. Wavely makes it fairly easy to apply for jobs. However, no one ever replies to chat or even send an email when you apply for a job. I also find that if I do apply for a position, I won’t get a “application received” email until weeks after the fact. Like I said, good concept and my hat’s off to the developers. But it’s disappointing when the main draw of Wavely (communication with prospective employers) doesn’t seem to happen.
Very helpful app that helps you match with jobs rather than searching endlessly.

By far my favorite job search app. It’s so easy to apply to jobs and every listing I’ve seen is legitimate. Everyone else can learn from this app when it comes to keeping jobseekers in mind.

As soon as I started searching g for jobs on here it just pulls up an error screen saying “Sorry, we don’t have any jobs in that category. Try changing your desired job.” I typed in a range of broad job types such as sales, marketing, and administration but still received the same error stating that they had no jobs in any of those categories. Waste of time.
Can not find how to find things in my area Wavely is not week written at all I don’t need jobs that is 4,000 miles away ! I go to ask Customer service questions and we’ll a month later still nothing .. absolutely the worst job app ever
I’ve only used Wavely to casually browse listings, and the first time I tried reaching out to someone about a position I was interested in, I received a message that my account was suspended. 🤷♀️ Opportunities are few, and mostly located in Silicon Valley. Doesn't seem worth the download.

It’s a great app very nice and easy to use like the font and everything but it’s just Wavely is more for like business and tech like job searches it’s not like indeed or jobsearch it’s more of an advanced business/tech job search app.
Easy to find the recruiter targeting to what I want. Vivid and easy to use, attracting young people. Definitely would recommend it and do not hesitate to download Wavely if you want to get a decent job!!
This seems to be a new app, but I’ve been really liking it so far. It makes job hunting so much more intuitive and straightforward. I especially like the internal messaging system. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who’s tired of the other usual job searching sites!
Wow my friend recommended me Wavely and I am actually surprised at how many opportunities there are. It’s so easy to connect with the CEOs, managers, HR, and etc. I was super interested in getting an internship at a start-up company and wow there are a lot of job postings here. I love it!! It’s so helpful!!
Appears to be a new job hunting/recruiting platform to the market. Gave it a try and it turned out to be quite interesting and easy to use. I think I will keep using it till I land a satisfying new job.

I really like the UI design and easy way to add my skills and background. And the chatting room makes it easier to start a conversation employers. I really recommend Wavely for job applications!
Finally there’s a job search that feels more authentic. Not a fan of other job search sites either because they’re too much front or the interface isn’t great. this app is easy to use and honestly quite pretty. I love that you can choose to add cool other hobbies/ interests about yourself. It feels like connection between you and jobs might be a little easier through this.
