Dear Team, I am writing this email to formally raise a complaint regarding an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience I faced with one of your courier executives during a return pickup. I had placed an order on Meesho and requested a return for the same. Today, at around 10:10 AM, the courier executive assigned for the pickup called my mother on her contact number (8953836549). Unfortunately, due to network issues, her voice was not clearly audible. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the courier executive started speaking very rudely, shouting, and misbehaving with her. He went to the extent of using abusive language and aggressively demanded the OTP. This behavior is completely unacceptable and highly disrespectful, especially when talking to a family member at their home. Such conduct from a courier representative reflects very poorly on your service standards. Customers expect trained and professional individuals—not someone who behaves in this manner. This incident has caused us significant distress, and we do not tolerate this kind of behavior. I packed my order on time and everything was ready, but no one came to pick it up for delivery. As a result, my order went into breach status, and it’s affecting my account.
