How to fix WingX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WingX app on iPhone
Update WingX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WingX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve WingX network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent WingX app issues:

Force Stop the WingX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click WingX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update WingX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WingX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "WingX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch WingX.

Fix WingX unable to contact server/ WingX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click WingX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got WingX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WingX on android.
