This app is very unintuitive to use and coupled with how slow it is, it makes for a very dissatisfactory user experience.
Example: making a transfer to a new recipient. You can not make the transfer until the recipient has been in the system for at least 48 hours. Knowing this, you would expect a menu item “Add new recipient”. Instead you have to use:
- “Create new transfer” (even though you will not be able to do the transfer for another 48 hours)
- swipe through all existing recipients. The first one of which is the same account you are making the transfer from?!?!
- at the end of all existing recipients, you will find a “Add new recipient“ option.
Paired with the “technical error occurred. Please try again later”-message which is so often displayed, it is the worst banking app I have ever used.

This app is not useful, and annoys me rather than helping. The user interface feels very clunky, and half the time I can’t access the app. In certain geographical regions it won’t even work, and can take days to give me accurate info.(i.e You made a purchase Sunday, App tells you on Wednesday the money left in your account) Overall, this app feels like it was developed by interns and proves less than useless.

You can’t notify someone you are sending them money like you can on the computer version. The inbox function doesn’t work. If you change apps to look something up it signs you out. Frustrating.
