Don’t bother using the app for bill payment. It’ll let you enter your credit card number, name, and when you get to the expiration date, the app crashes. Tried multiple times, same result. Please fire the programmer, and hire a pro. *** Wrote the above review a year ago. Time for an update *** This app was designed by amateurs, supervised by overly paid monkeys. There’s no option to give a negative 5 star review, because that’s what it deserves. The app still fails at the one thing that I ask: PAY MY FRIGGEN BILL. That’s it. Nothing else. Don’t need any fancy graphics.. no other service. I just want to pay my bill. Is that too much to ask? *** New Update.. March 2021 *** Yeaaaaa.. Bill payment fixed. Changing my rating to 3 stars. Two points off for screwing Mobily’s shareholders. Hopefully stiff fines coming soon from the Saudi Market Authority. Update.. Nov 2021.. I just use the app to pay bills. Still waiting for CMA to bring the hammer down on Mobily.

Overall this app is easy to use. They could improve the way a person renews prepaid plans. It’s very confusing. If you have time left on the plan but no data, and you have available credit for the cost of the plan, it doesn’t automatically renew until the time runs out. If you try to “renew” the plan, you get a message that you’re already subscribed to the plan. You have to manually “unsubscribe” to the plan and resubscribe. During that time you have no internet access. So you have to borrow someone else’s internet. The debit card payment system is also very inconsistent. Once I tried 6 times to recharge using my debit card. I got a text message from my bank with the pin number ant typed it in and then it just sits there saying “processing payment” and the transaction never goes through. I then bought a load through a bakala and reloaded it that way. The app definitely needs refinement.

It's a good-super-user-friendly-app! The connecting of the dot at the start is really cool and the signature Mobily music is totally mesmerizing. The graphics is ok, and the rotating 3D pie-graph on Neqaty summary - cool. Overall it's wonderful, one thing missing though, the multi-tasking thing...I tried to run the app on the background but every time I return back to the app I'm always on the start-up not on where I left it...but it's ok, connecting dots is fun! Thanks Mobily...mabuhay ka!
