DOESNT ALLOW ME TO LOGIN

I enter my password correctly, and I am promoted that I have been sent a “Neue TAN”, which I rightly retrieve from the next app prompted, return to VRBankingClassic , asked again for my password, prompted automatically for a “Neue TAN” cycling again, and again, and again, ....
I still can’t sign in even with the NEW APP UPDATE
Because I keep being prompted a new TAN before I am logged IN!

No other language available - only German - which means it has no interest in improving international relations/use.
I was told to use google translate live picture view from one of its banker- but it (security feature) signs you off automatically after toggling screens too much and screenshoting anything on VRBankingClassic (sensible enough).

BUT - Every time it updates - it seems to restart VRBankingClassic all over - resets my password memory - resets my facial recognition - or deletes it all together from password KEY log -

Why offer this “smart” virtual feature at all if there are security concerns. I do claim responsibility for relying on these intelligent feature to remember things for me.

Also VRBankingClassic keeps constantly offering “Apple”wallet/cash banking features- but it is only available for 1 specific branch- not mine.

Not sure what the hate over over engineering the security of a banking app. I, for one, am quite happy to be able to thumb print my way in but have any outgoings from my account verified by a different app. Works quite well when you get used to it. Don’t you want over engineered when it comes to the security of your money?

Its been 2 years and there is STILL no English language. It really isn’t that hard to do . It’s a really big struggle moving to Germany and not being able to full understand what is going on with OUR money . I would love to be able to read and understand. But I can’t because it’s still only AVAILABLE IN GERMAN !!!!

Since I started traveling a lot, Volksbank became useless to me. When I found out that I couldn’t use any their branches outside my city I switched to a different bank immediately. I’m sorry, but this is unacceptable in today’s global world.

Please update your capabilities. How is this not availible in English? How are you only able to utilize in a single town? This is extremely difficult to navigate and log in to.

Since the latest update VRBankingClassic is crashing and malfunctioning. I always have to completely close it and reopen in order to use it.

Users of iOS <13.0 are forced out because the old app version cannot be used any more. I can’t update because my device is older.

I understand that this is a German bank, but the only people who read and speak German are....Germans. Time to improve your international compatibility Volksbank! Provide an English version and join the 21st century.

I have a N26 account and yours - your app is not intuitive, complicated and has a bad UX/UI - worst thing is that you don’t offer infographics such as pie charts. No wonder N26 is winning within this domain.

How may I use in English ?

I am happy to have such an app.

Ich hab das App. Heute mal ausprobiert und musste leider feststellen das ich nur die Konten anschauen kann, und keine Überweisungen vornehmen kann! In allem ist es einfach zu bedienen und für unterwegs praktisch um sein Konto zu checken!

VRBankingClassic is only in German. The bankers at Volksbank speak English so why can't VRBankingClassic ? It is impossible to use if you do not speak German. PLEASE use localization to put VRBankingClassic in English.

Die neue App kann nicht auf meinem iPhone 6 verwendet werden, da diese iOS13 zwingend erfordert. Leider ist eine ältere, mit iOS 12.xx kompatible Version der App nicht mehr zulässig. Das ist sehr ärgerlich und für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Gibt es hier Abhilfe oder ist das eine Aufforderung neue Handys zu kaufen?

Das Login ist viel zu kompliziert und da Secure-Go so ziemlich nie funktioniert bzw. das Login zulässt, ist auch hier das Login nicht möglich. Wenn man also nicht zur Bank kann, hat man keine Möglichkeit, auf sein Konto zu schauen.

Einfach nur witzlos... Die Banking App will ne TAN, diese wird generiert und kann nicht an die Banking App übertragen werden da man sich neu anmelden muss und eine neue TAN generiert wird... Und Zack ist das Verfahren gesperrt. Grandioses Design, fühlt man sich glatt in die Vergangenheit versetzt

Die Android Version vom App hat eine Mobile Karte Funktion aber die iOS Version nicht. Das ist ja schade!

Diese App hat mich letztendlich dazu gebracht mein Bank zu wechseln. Tolle Arbeit liebe Entwickler!

Die App bringt mich mittlerweile dazu sogar meine Bank komplett zu wechseln. Kann mich dort nie anmelden und wenn es mal geht, dann sind die Knöpfe nicht drückbar. Habe sie mal deinstalliert und wieder installiert und ist natürlich selbstverständlich das es bei der neuen Anmeldung wieder nicht geht.

Seit dem letzten Update zeigt diese App duplizierte Buchungen an welche nach Rücksprache mit meiner Bank nicht der Realität entsprechen und nur auf meinem iPhone erscheinen. Ich bitte Sie dringend dieses Problem zu beheben. Ansonsten kann ich diese App als seriöse Banking App nur als nicht nutzbar einstufen.

Viel zu kompliziert. Funktioniert nicht richtig. Man bekommt keine vernünftigen Infos als Hilfe. Nicht für Mobil Banking geeignet!
