This is one of the worst apps in the banking industry. Navigation is terrible. You cannot continue where you left off, for example when consulting bank statements. You have to go back to the beginning to select again from a menu option which isn’t even prioritized, and then you have to click and click and click again to get a pdf. You should really consult an American bank app to compare. No wonder people in Mexico hate technology so much of they’re putting up with this garbage. Aren’t you like one of the largest banks in the country? How about you deliver a product that isn’t an embarrassment?
A Really BAD App

This app is terrible! Some buttons do not work. It gives you a white screen instead of taking you back. It is impossible to log in for the first time. I would suggest using a different bank if you are a customer that travels a lot or plans to use it outside of Mexico. The “call” button does not work and it is impossible to contact anyone for help. Even the workers at the physical bank are unable to help you. They are just as confused about it.
To many animations, I cannot use my credit or debit card to buy online

The animations are horrible, it feels like a hybrid app. I want to select my contacts to send money and I need to wait for the transitions and animations, there are many steps to send money, I remember the old version where you only had what you needed to send money, without those horrible transitions and animations.
The cards are useless now.
