This was my favorite app when I couldn’t get to a tv. I could listen to my PL team games when ever I was on the road or working in the yard. I could even listen to recaps of games if I wanted to. Now every time I try to listen to my team play I get a message telling me the game is blocked outside the UK. Thanks for making it even more difficult to enjoy soccer/fútbol in the US.
Audio Ads

Why would they have audio ads on a radio app?! Ads run non stop while you are listening. You cannot stop the ads, so while you listen to the radio, you also hear ads for Google, insurance, car dealers, etc. It is the most ridiculous use of advertising on any app I’ve ever downloaded.
Sadly the app has become almost unusable.

Living as I do in America, I get that I’m not really a priority audience for this app. I have been a listener of TalkSport for years. Being six hours behind in time I was excited to be able to use this app to catch up on my favorite shows that I’m not able to enjoy live. However for the better part of the last year I have been unable to enjoy the streams without them constantly crashing and requiring rebooting the app and trying to manually get back to the place I was kicked off at. The issue has persisted through complete reinstalls and the updating to the most recent iPhone. I had faith that the issues would be addressed but instead they have gotten worse. To the point this morning that may attempt to enjoy even 3 minutes of a show required rebooting the app 5 times and it still wouldn’t work. I hate that I have to say this is unusable and should not be bothered with. Heartbroken to have to leave a station I’ve gotten so much enjoyment out of over the years, but the problem getting worse instead of better says there’s no will to correct is, so I need to find other stations who can be depended on to deliver.
