Contact Running Trainer 5K Running App Support

I appreciate the difficulty y’all are having in finding the balance here. That being said anyone with a smart watch can download the app for said watch and do exactly what your Just Run part does. I was really excited when I downloaded the app but deleted it pretty quick after. I would honestly prefer ads. If the actual training can be free then you guys will open yourselves up to a group of people that honestly can’t afford 9.99. College is expensive and we can’t buy an app when that money should probably go towards not starving. Or maybe some gas. Thanks for reading and I hope you guys find a happy balance!

It’s a great app when it works, which is about half the time. It always crashes half way through my run and I can’t start it over if I’ve already been running for 35 minutes so I have to carry on without it...which is not a big deal I suppose...but then what’s the whole point of the app?! Very disappointed in how much it crashes. I would consider other similar apps that have worked through these issues already, this one is definitely not ready

The first exercise, they give you for free. After that, they charge you like 9.99 to unlock the rest of the exercises. I really liked the app, so I paid. I have done 6 workouts so far. 2 of them closed out the app and shut down right in the middle. When training for a half marathon, this is more than frustrating. Don't waste your money. Edit: Did anyone actually read this? This was not a complaint about charging. I paid for the app. I would like a refund because your app does not work.
