Cannot use Printershare to from my android phone. I have an Hp office Jet Pro 9015e attached to my computer. Under enabled services on my phone I get an error message "Printershare cannot add printers" when trying to select a printer. Please advise.

My wireless printer is an HP Office Jet 9015e. PrintShare app appears on pc. Using a Samsung Android Phone, I am not able to print remotely. Please advise. PrintShare is my default printer on my phone.

Hello, I am trying to add my printershare to my new phone. I typed in thec2 emails I use. mcguire_anita1@redacted or amcguire1123@redacted. I also need to reset my password so I need my current password to do that. My premium let for Android is PSD-7K53574530374500B was sent to me when I purchased you product.

I can't control margins or print size. Each page print oversize type that runs of the pages top and bottom. I can't control font size on downloaded articles especially. My letters and emails print normally

How to fix PrinterShare app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PrinterShare app on iPhone
Update PrinterShare app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PrinterShare iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PrinterShare on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PrinterShare network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PrinterShare Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PrinterShare not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PrinterShare App
1. On android, goto Settings » PrinterShare » click [Force Stop]

Update PrinterShare to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PrinterShare App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PrinterShare » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PrinterShare.

Fix PrinterShare unable to contact server/ PrinterShare internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PrinterShare » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PrinterShare » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
