Contact Le Nouvel Obs infos analyses Support

I am a subscriber. This thing repeatedly forgets my login credentials. I enter them YET AGAIN; a popup then informs me that I am now connected, but the subscriber content remains blocked. There is no way of adjusting the font size to increase legibility. Advertisements which are of no relevance to ... Show more me are vomited over half the real estate of the page. In exactly what way am I supposed to believe that this app is attempting make my life better?

UPDATE — it’s now a year later, running a completely different version of the operating system, and the app is still unusable, and in exactly the way I described above. If you are a paying subscriber, the app will never allow you to access the content you have paid for.

SECOND UPDATE, THREE YEARS LATER — the same problem exists. The app is only usable to see free content. This represents some sort of record, in terms of how unresponsive a developer can be.

Chaque fois que j’ouvre l’appli, l’écran entier est couvert par une pub. Je suis forcé d’attendre plusieurs secondes avant de passer aux articles (la pub étant équipée d’un compte à rebours).
