Help section written in German despite selecting US store.
Not helpful. If you can track specific apps, I can't tell how.
Maybe the paid versions "feature" English. In app purchase, anyone?
Full-page ads and annoying navigation

Two big problems with this app:
1. Full-page ads. And frequent smaller ones throughout the lists.
2. Refreshes too frequently. Coming back to a list after reading an app’s description, the list refreshes to the top so you have to find your way back to where you were. VERY frustrating.
