EagleEyes lite Reviews

EagleEyeslite is an excellent way to watch your security. Never had any troubles. EagleEyeslite deserves a 5 star rating. The only reason I haven't given the 5 star rating is to gain the attention of the makers. Since the last upgrade on 15th February 2013, I get an error everytime I open EagleEyeslite . The error says "The network isn't available". I'm not sure what this really means. But I hope you guys fix it in the next update.

Since you did the update I can’t open cameras in full screen. This needs to be fixed ASAP as the old app would allow me to tap on any camera to make it full screen.

3G doesn't work. Works fine on wifi from anywhere in the world, which means i have port forwarding set correctly (contrary to avnet's FAQ regarding their crappy software not working over 3G. I'm a power-user, everything is setup correctly, it's a software problem specific to the very last update. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY!!! If you have old version, I suggest keeping it until this is fixed. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!

I wish there was a way to resolve this.. it’s quite frustrating.

The program is great but the latest upgrade today killed my cameras. Now I can't bring up any camera images and just get a blank screen. Help!

This version at least supports my avc761 but the touch feature DOES NOT WORK. you need to manually change cams to view them separately

Will not purhase full until they fix this.

Please fixi cant see my cameras as soon as i type to the cameras it turns to black screen and closes EagleEyeslite its not happening only to me but also to my friend

EagleEyes video playback is no longer clear like it use to be on all of my Avtech installations. Record Steam is selected in EagleEyes, and video streaming is turned up to it's highest setting. My customers hate that there playback use to be clear but now it's not anymore. These are features that would be the winning functions when giving estimates to new customers. Now I can't even remote into systems when I advertise at a customers store or home without asking them there wifi passwords, which is unprofessional. Please set it up the way it was before and to work with Tmobile + IOS 10.2. This is very bad for business and customers are getting upset.

You must understand how this system works. If you set it up with a wifi and web connection, it will conflict with error. IP address is other issue. Get a DNS account. Everything will work great.

Like any other network device proper network configuration is required. The problem with 3G is that on network with 300kbps and low port 80 seems to give problem, you solve the issue by changing the port to anything from 83-95. Port 80 is the default port. it those not mean that it always work. The lack of proper configuration those cause this type of incovenience making the device look bad. Try my advice and I hope this help F.

Very happy with how EagleEyeslite gives me the view of my residence when my family is away. Loads properly and has never crashed. Great app

works perfect on botj wifi and 3g with my Iphone4. I think many of the bad teviews is due to incorrect settings. wifi and 3g use diff settings and usernames n PW's and the IP's are also diff. very simple to use.

I love EagleEyeslite. It allows me to view my CCTV cameras when I'm home and on the road. BTW, the default account/password is "admin/admin".

I'm a installer/end user all my customers and I love eagle eye. I've never had a problem using port 100.
