The application often generates an Error message when you submit the order. It then appears as if your order did not go through. So you try it again but same thing. Then you see where it charged your card twice!!! Getting that second order stopped, never works, so just stuck with it. Speaking from experience!

SHOPCOM is an exercise in futility. Searches return hundreds of products completely unrelated to what you searched. When you do find the product you want, all too often the price increase when you click to go to the store offering the item. SHOPCOM is also boasts that it pays cashback for shopping thru it, but I have found quite a few stores that give 0 cashback.
Also, many of the apps private label products (the supplements in particular) are ridiculously overpriced.

It’s a nice looking designed app, but forever when I try to reorder from past orders, app defaults to the smallest size and must manually enter larger products to cart. Also why does Apple Pay STILL not work?!? Same with scanning a new credit card. App doesn’t want to capture a new card. Frustrating 😠

App is useless. Cant sign in using the right email and password. On SHOPCOM only 7-20 characters passwords are accepted. My password is 25 characters which is able to login on the mobile or desktop version but cant login on app.

One of the worst apps I’ve used, it literally always crashes. I click SHOPCOM and it instantly crashes. Not worth using.

I can’t login to my account on app but on website I no problem. I call costumer services no help and I send email no reply

Oh my gosh, the glitches have rendered SHOPCOM useless! I can’t order, I can’t add to my autoship, I can’t do anything useful anymore! Last time I tried to order using SHOPCOM , the transaction went through (TWICE!) on my PayPal, but the order was never made through the website. It was a mess and I had to go two weeks without my supplements. This is why shopping at a store is so much better.

Has all the hard to find coupon codes! Great as a product comparison app too. Has lots of stores to compare with and allows you to get the Internet deals/coupon codes that you can't get by shopping in the store. Was able to order online through SHOPCOM (while at the store) and get a better price on an item at Home Depot after selecting in store pickup. It will save you $$!

The experience I've had using SHOPCOM has been amazing. Being able to receive cash back from almost every known store I would or I should say used to shop at. It's convenient and you can get cash back from the people you recommend to shop from here as well!

I must admit i was a little skeptical about trying this application for shopping but i must say i was pleasantly pleased on how easy it was to shop on this application. I will have to tell my friends about it. Great Job! I think this is one of the only few applications that gives cash back.

I love getting cashback when I buy stuff. I love my iPhone. Putting the two together, is a match made in heaven.

Great UI, easy to use. Although it is already pretty awesome I'm sure the more times SHOPCOM gets updated and adds features the better it will become.

As a business owner SHOPCOM is great, I am able to do all the things I would normally do on my laptop on my phone now. Talk about a mobile business. The improvements from a customer standpoint includes better search capability and a lot better barcode scanner. If you want one of the best shopping apps that combines great deals/coupons/comparison etc. this is it.

As a busy surgeon, I am often pressed for time. With SHOPCOM, I can shop on the fly from my phone AND earn cash back. Those rare times that I do go to the store, I find myself shopping for what I want, using SHOPCOM to comparison shop, and then ultimately ordering it online with SHOPCOM..... and getting 2% cash back in the process! The future of shopping is right here!!! Who doesn't want 2% cash back?

I love the functionality the millions o f products on one site the search and how u can refine th esearch and most of all how you get paid to shop with cash back and even on people you refer or invite that shop! That is amazing! You can shop many brands and stores and check out once and pay once. How cool! And then they have their own brands that are uniqueand very exotic and interesting. The site gives u all the information you would ever want on a product!

It is a win-win solution! It helps you control your spending habits. I love seeing my cash back accrual on my purchases. And, telling others I get rewarded too! A great mobile platform experience. “Talk About It”!

I basically saving so much on my daily spending and help my family saving a lot as well...specially we going out to eat, and we get cashback from all the shop local!!!! 😁👍🏻

I wanted to shop for some gifts for my children.

The application was fun and easy to use. I was able to find what I needed quickly.

I also enjoyed getting "cash back" for shopping .. good idea!
