- Weather forecast notification cannot be set to less than 15 minutes before the program starts

- Occasionally displays incorrect program information (although this may not be the app's fault)

- Landscape view on iPad can be inconvenient

The TV24 app watchlist will not load. Shows that I’m following are listed. If I stop following and then restart, the watchlist loads. However, when I quit and reopen, then empty watchlist. Uninstall and reinstall does not fix the problem.

How to fix TV24 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TV24 app on iPhone
Update TV24 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TV24 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TV24 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TV24 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TV24 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TV24 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TV24 App
1. On android, goto Settings » TV24 » click [Force Stop]

Update TV24 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TV24 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TV24 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TV24.

Fix TV24 unable to contact server/ TV24 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TV24 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TV24 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TV24
