I’ve been using this app for a while now and find it to be one of the better music apps I’ve had... worth parking for it

I bought it to be able to use gestures to accurately fast forward and backward. There are two issues though.
First the tapping gestures are way too sensitive, single tap or double tap aren’t mistaken as left or right swipe. It can create a lot of griefs if you are driving.
Second is it lacks of high speed scrubbing. For this I have to keep apples music app.

It was a great app but it looks like they stopped updating it. Now the gestures have a serious delay after you swipe. Bought it for driving so I wouldn’t have to look down. Since it doesn’t respond for a long time, I have to look down to see what it’s doing. May as well look down to use the native music app.

This player opens up your music toyou rather than sending you on a seek and find mission. Very easy to use.

It has many more features than the default Apple Music player

I have to figure out how to make a donation for LeechTunes. Most developers have switched to annual fees and their apps are garbage. LeechTunes is actually worth paying for!

Apple needs to know what a music player is. They need to look at LeechTunes. Simple, easy, minimal, beautiful. Been using this since it came out.

The sorry native music app that iPhones/iPads have should be replaced in its entirety with something like this.

I have a very large music library. When I enable shuffle play, I hear the same song 2 or 3 times and I have many songs and many artists that never play. You need a better randomizing algorithm.

Please add iPhone X support for disabling autolock.

I downloaded LeechTunes, and it worked for about 1 week. After that the album art and background skins became completely inoperative. Don’t waste your time or money here.

LeechTunes replaces the native iPod control, period. It's beautiful to look at, intuitive to use and the gestures are easy to program to your liking.
My only request: Please add the audio control capability (to switch between headphone jack/Bluetooth/iPhone speaker) as is featured e.g. in TuneIn Radio Pro App [right lower corner], for LeechTunes as well, since I often switch between both headphone jack out and Bluetooth. Additionally when the Bluetooth connectivity is initialized, I need to unplug/replug the cassette adapter headphone cable in order to have the audio being routed "correctly" to the headphone cable for listening to music in higher audio quality. Looking forward to hopefully having soon this feature implemented in a future upgrade. Thank you.

It's nice to have an app like this! It's very customizable and works very well. Just one concern. When you pick your own custom skin, it would be nice to be able to change the fonts of all the words on the screen including the track times and maybe the option for all caps artist names or titles for those of us who like having clean capital letters for artist names, titles and albums. If there is any way to incorporate a pop up window that displays the lyrics that would be amazing! I have all the track information and lyrics in all of my 70,000 iTunes tracks! Otherwise LeechTunes is beautiful! I will be using it all the time! Woot woot! :-) keep up the great work!

this app has helped turn my iPad 2 into a jukebox for my car (4runner). There is a clean play screen interface and the touch gesture options are plentiful. I'm a big fan of the brightness controls and playlist selection. this app has more gesture options than the CarTunes app. A con is that menu navigation text is a bit too small for my eyes with my in-dash install; an option to enlarge menu font size would be great. There've been no app crashes on my old iPad in the two months of my daily usage. I don't use any of the social features, LeechTunes is strictly a player for the music stored (offline) on the iPad plugged into my Pioneer DEH-X6800BT. Quick tip, disable "shake to shuffle" if you do any off road driving. ;-). Great job on LeechTunes , developer.

When I'm driving, this is my music player. Usually also when I'm not driving. It has a beautiful interface that can use your album art as a blurred background... But it's my favorite because I'm usually not looking at it.

Once you get used to gestures, you can play artist, play album, shuffle all, adjust volume, etc. all with swipes and taps. There's no excuse not to know the gestures because you get to choose what gestures do what (not while driving).

I've tried most of the others. They don't compare. This is seriously on my list of must-have apps!

I have CarTunes, TuneShell, this, and a few others. Each has it's positives and negatives, but I'd have to give this one 3rd place behind the two I listed.
CarTunes is the most beautiful, and TuneShell has visualizers and the ability to get lyrics and edit metadata. This one has quick links to the artist's site, the wiki, and a few others.
For gesture based apps, this ranks second (behind CarTunes). The customization of the actual content, font, and appearance in CarTunes is superior. The gestures are very similar, but LeechTunes offers customization.
Overall, LeechTunes does not offer enough to replace CarTunes as my favorite music player, but it is worth keeping for the quick links. I like to check info for my artists, so this is not bad.
