Terrible Customer Service. Impossible to retrieve money.
I have been a customer for more than 5 years. Now I want to close my accounts and move my money it becomes impossible. The customer service messenger service appears to be supported by robots, that can’t answer your question. I’ve had to call internationally several times to find out what the problems are. I first lodged a message to find out why I couldn’t withdraw my money in the start of September. It’s nearly the end of November. There are better platforms that have functioning customer services. Avoid this one.

Slow and annoying
Very slow app. Seems like it's driven by a webpage. Forces you to log in every single time, which is unnecessary when they simply could have supported Touch ID like every other financial app.
