When singing in the party room the voice and music gets cut and lapsed and there is no problem when recording, I can't post a screen shot of this, because of this I can't sing in the party room, I even reinstalled, there is no change, how can I fix this?

I have Id no 13386433756 since July 2020. After updating starmaker app on iPhone, I am unable to log in. I have password linked to above Id but no email Id is linked. While trying to login, I have created another Id with email mailakjain@ yahoo.com. I do not want new account created by mistake on 23 July 2022. Id is 62184507592. Incidentally mailakjain@ yahoo.com has got linked . Pl help.
