Odd, unwieldy interface prevents real use

I get that the developer doesn't like the standard iOS interface, but the new interface acts peculiar and you are left guessing how to do things.
Delete an Aether? Change the Aether settings? Rename an Aether? Drop the number box thing out of your way? Undo? Change the default black background to something else? I don't have any cues or clues for how to do these things in the new interface. The iOS interface may not suit everyone's tastes, but at least it's obvious how to delete/rename/hide/scroll...
The little in-app tutorial is good, but only limited to how to make bubbles. The help on anchoring is fine, but where are the rest of the help files?
Video-based information is useless for people that can't view videos on websites (many places have this locked down!)
Unless cues and clues for using the interface are added or the developer uses the iOS interface, the app's interface prevents many of the possibilities/features from actually being used, so they might as well not even be there. I hope this is fixed very soon.
