I am having trouble paying rent using the Active Building App. Error message indicates that the request could not be processed at this time and to try again later.

It shows a past due balance that isn’t accurate it shows an additional amount of $4991 that was paid off nearly 2 years ago but for some reason it didn’t update in the app since it was paid using paper checks. Also it isn’t giving me the option to make payments on my account
