My app won’t load and I get an error that indicates I should refresh

The GAP app doesn’t work on my iPhone 13. I cannot sign in or add anything to my cart. I tweeted the GAP and got no workable solution.

Force Stop the Gap App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Gap app. » click "Force Stop".
