How to fix Gap app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gap app on iPhone
Update Gap app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gap iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gap on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gap network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Gap Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Gap not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Gap App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gap » click [Force Stop]

Update Gap to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gap App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gap » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gap.

Fix Gap unable to contact server/ Gap internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gap » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gap » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
