I have used this app for a few months. I still love it. But the sync function seems to have slowed in the last few days. Since the slowing of the sync function it has become less useful for me. I still like the app but will have play with it and reevaluate things.

Update: I raised the rating as I have determined that my sync problems are a result of Dropbox not maintaining a connection.

For our family's purposes, this app. has been very useful and is practically used daily. It's pretty convenient to have one app. to keep track of various balances on and within multiple Checking / Savings accounts, including children's accounts. We have started to budget detailedly using another app., and this app. has helped a great deal with organizing everything in terms of distributing funds within an account; e.g., how much of the total balance goes to certain budgets paid by such account. Yes, it can be time-intensive inputting data, but once we firm up our budget, most of these line items will be automated to where we can just check off balances periodically. The app. is very easy to use and configure Categories or Sub-categories too. Overall, we love this productivity app. because of its simplicity and efficiency of use.

Prior to finding the app and the product / service Graham offers, I had spent a lot of money (not budgeted) on other types of budgeting software over many, many years. Having the app on my phone & Tablet sync seamlessly and operate exactly as I found best to match my needs for keeping an eye on my money/accounts. Customer service by Graham is even better than the product...he goes above and beyond what is required/expected for customer service. He makes time and personally reaches out to his users when issues arise or when suggestions come in. I don’t know how he continues to do what he does. I have never experienced this kind of service. Graham is constantly making improvements / enhancements to Account Tracker. Thanks Graham I really appreciate what you do for me and tracking my money.
