can't cancel the subscription. My monthly subscription will automatically renew tomorrow(on 7/15/2021). And it's 7/14/2021 11:27pm now. But the comfirm button of the cancellation button doesn't work!!

Wish their technical tools worked

I have enjoyed Jamendo for years. The app for iOS is, to be polite, barely useable. This is not their only weakness. Accessing them in a browser is not much better. I love the music selection, however, I cannot log into my active account. I cannot change my password even though it recognizes my account, I don’t think this is an app problem since the browser has the same issue. I cannot get more than one track to play at a time. I get logged out if I try to create a new playlist. The rating is for the app alone. I love having access to so many independent artists. I saw one review complaining about “new” content but it was obvious by their example’s that they meant popular. There is an awe inspiring amount of great music available on the service

Needs serious work

Fix the bugs. When launching it says a new version is available and I should update by pressing an ok button located below the message. I click and it just does nothing. Play all does not work at all. It plays one maybe two songs if you’re lucky. Play lists are stagnant. Rotate the music a bit. Old is good, new is good, a constant mix of both is better.

Make it user friendly!

I love Jamendo, but the app is horrible. It is a nightmare to navigate, no search bar or back button. So if you are scrolling thru a play list and click on an artist, you can't go back to the list. You have to quit the app and restart and find your way back to where you were.
