Great Food Diary

This app works great for keeping up with the foods you eat. I love the simple way it works; a very easy layout. I use this app everyday; I'm glad I can look back a week or month if needed to see what I ate at any given time. It's a must have for people with food health problems. I do wish it would open on the My Food Journal page and not the My Info page which I never use. A must have app! Keep up the great work guys! Update is fantastic; now it is perfect! Thanks! That was fast WOW...

Perfect for emotional eaters!

I'm someone who doesn't eat a ton in one sitting. I graze for most of the day and often eat just one or two "meals". This app is perfect for me because I can track what I ate, when I ate it and more importantly, how I was feeling and if I was even hungry. I know I'm an emotional eater and the holiday season is tough for me. Even after one whole day of use, seeing how many times I snack and what I pick is tremendously helpful. I don't care about counting calories and I'm not doing any measurable amount of exercise. I'm not all gung ho about being on a diet right now because I need to first learn how to make sensible and healthy food choices when I'm feeling emotional. This app totally meets my needs. My only complaint is, there is only one line for entering food. If I've eaten pretzel crisps, hummus and baby spinach with balsamic, the entire meal becomes a "most commonly eaten, quick pick". If I just have the baby spinach, then I have to either type that out separately or edit the longer quick pick item. It would be nice to be able to tap individual quick pick items and have them separated by commas instead.

Wonderful app.

Does everything it says. Super simple and effective. I love it and plan on using it everyday for everything I eat. Unfortunately, I cannot give it 5 stars for a few reasons. Most importantly, I think that when you add what time you ate, you should be able to put anytime, rather than only 5,10,15,20,etc. Sometimes I'd like to go back after eating a meal and put when I started, or if I forgot to log exactly when I ate, I can go back and put it in with the correct time. Secondly, there should totally be a weight log section so I can track my weight. I have to use a whole separate app for that. I would love it all in one. Otherwise, it's a lovely app and definitely worth the money. These two features would make it even better. Thanks!!
