Figured out youmail. Have been loyal since 2009, on and off pay. New phone number, grapheneOS and no spam calls. Decided to download via Aurora store, and within 30 minutes of updating my new phone number to Youmail.... spam call, spam call, spam call. They are absolute trash. If you want your number sold then by all me pay for them to sell your data and disrupt your life. Yes they do a great job blocking spam, but when they create the spam ...hmmm They took a lesson from facebook/meta and all the money they made off of...not selling your data, but internally manipulating within their system to make money off of it. Youmail may not sell your data, but their internal system is manufactured to keep you doing business. Stay away. Love & Light

I switched from Verizon to Spectrum and now my Youmail is not working, it is defaulting to some other voicemail program. Any ideas on how to switch back?

Hi, I have voicemail and ring protection set to non contact. But a non contact was able to leave a message. I have Android 11. How do I troubleshoot this isssue?

How to fix YouMail app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YouMail app on iPhone
Update YouMail app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YouMail iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YouMail on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YouMail network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

YouMail Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YouMail not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YouMail App
1. On android, goto Settings » YouMail » click [Force Stop]

Update YouMail to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YouMail App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YouMail » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YouMail.

Fix YouMail unable to contact server/ YouMail internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YouMail » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YouMail » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YouMail
