Daily Themed Crossword Puzzles Status

Once I open the app, it goes to the blue playscreen, turns black and will not come back up. Please tell us how to address this issue.

When I play the Top Picks crosswords, it tries to put a virus on my cell.

Your ads lock up on the screen and they can’t be removed. They stay on all day and block my moving on to the next puzzle. Improvement is needed.

The app freezes during/ after ads not allowing me to exit the screen. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times with the same result. I sent an email to the requested contact/help site and have not received a reply or seen any improvement ( about a month now).

How come I don’t get to claim every prizes for completing daily goals

Whenever I try to get free coins the ad locks up and I have to go out and delete it from my history. Also, I use to be able to watch 5 ads to earn coins.

I was wondering why I cannot get free points on my Daily Theme crossword, I have before and now I can't.

Royal king app causes crossword to freeze. I have had to power off my iPad. But now even that doesn’t let me carry on!

Why won’t none of the ads x out to continue the puzzle. Even if you choose to get extra letters to the puzzle and watch the ad it won’t close nor even allowed to download a game they just advertised . It’s very frustrating and even removing the game and redownloading it does not correct the problem

My daily crossword game freezes every time an instagram ad comes on.

When ads for Instagram and Sago Mini World are done playing they will not close out with the X. I must close the whole app to continue the puzzle. This has been happening for the last 4 days.

I can't buy coins

When I chose letter burst to identity wrong words it just goes off without revealing where I’ve gone wrong,this started a few days ago!

Daily crossword ap keeps freezing. I have deleted the ap three times and then loaded it again. It works for a while and freezes again. Each time I have to start over again Please fix this !!!!!!!

My daily themed crossword app will not open. Not sure why it what to do.

I have a Amazon fire kindle and yesterday my Daily Theme crossword game would not start. The app is on my home page but when I hit the app it goes to the "simple play" screen then back to home screen. I already force stopped it, uninstalled it , reinstated it but still not working.

The game does not open in my Fire. I reset the tablet and reinstalled the game many times now. Still it is not opening.

My daily themed puzzle does not match the answers that are provided for the date I am on. They are also different from my friends. Can I fix is to match other peoples puzzles.

I purchased the VIP subscription and don’t see any benefits for having done so. I still have to watch all the ads. What are the benefits of having the VIP membership?

The app is suddenly using an enormous amount of phone battery after latest update for added word puzzles.

Not working page goes black

Screen turns black and I’m loosing all my couns

Froze my phone, can't even force off today. This app uses way more CPU and network than I would expect, causing whole phone to slow down. Suspicious for a simple crossword app.

Why when i am playing a timed puzzle does this app go to a down load page during my game

What do I do to get rid of ads?

Open the app and it immediately goes black and doesn’t do anything further. Hoping to get some help fixing this so I don’t have to delete.

The Daily Themed Crossword app loads normally then goes black. I restarted and updated my iPad but the problem is same. Then I deleted the app hoping the problem would resolve and keep my coins but I lost my coins anyway and the problem was resolved.

App opens to the "Daily Themed Crossword" screen then goes black. Restarted the phone, same problem. I dont want to delete and reload because I will lose all of my coins.

Daily Themed Crossword keeps freezing up

Puzzle keeps freezing up, reverting to opening page, deleting letters that have been entered. This does not happen all the time but too often.Also the repetition of the ads for weight loss products is very annoying.

I played this daily. I loved playing the Mastery Tournament. Today when I solve the puzzle I don't get the points or it does show the mastery list of people playing. I don't know what's going on

Daily themed crossword freezes ALOT in the last week

App won’t open, closes out 3 seconds after I touch icon, never opens.

I have no sounds. It happens from time to time .
