I get this message that first I have to remove my previous phone for the İşCep and then I can work with my new phone. Yes it is JUST working.. Terrible UI design, can even be a material for mobile application lectures to show what should not be done! Not user friendly at all. Bad menu designs. Even the error messages includes error codes instead of proper explanation of the issue. Way below my expectation and competitors...

Logging in is cumbersome, long winded and unreliable.
There are too many steps and different codes, and there are bugs whereby codes are automatically reset unexpectedly.
Please just implement FaceID like any other bank

It is impossible to reactivate this app when you change your phone. They never thought that someone might’ve been outside Turkey and change the phone while this app is installed. I changed my phone in September 2021 and many emails with no results except asking me to go to Turkey in a branch. Very frustrating and damaging as I cannot make any transaction on app or online. I will most definitely change bank when I travel to Turkey.
